90-Minute Session — $225

Experience has taught me that the ideal session length is 90 minutes. This gives us time to truly connect, enter the work fully, and integrate the experience before we close.

Enough time allows the deeper listening state to emerge naturally, so insight, healing, and connection can develop without feeling rushed.

During the first thirty minutes of your first session, should it become clear that this work is not the right fit, the session will be concluded and your payment fully refunded.

Preparing for Your Session

For the best experience, please prepare your space and your state of mind beforehand.

Choose a quiet, private location where you will not be interrupted. Sit in a regular chair at a table or desk rather than on a bed, couch, or lounge chair. Bedrooms are not recommended, as people tend to drift toward sleep.

Use a laptop rather than a phone if possible, and place it on a stable surface so you remain clearly visible throughout the session.

Silence notifications and set aside distractions so you can be fully present.

Please arrive rested, sober, and able to participate fully. If you are ill, exhausted, or unable to focus, it is best to reschedule so you can receive the full benefit of the session.

Practical Details

Sessions are held privately online via Zoom.

Appointments are available Wednesday–Saturday.

Payment is completed at the time you reserve your session. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent automatically.
